Our fish is sourced as locally as possible – from Tasmanian ocean catch to Leigh Atkinson’s lake in Upper Natone where fish effluent fertilises the surrounding farmland.  Harvey smokes his fish in house to complete your Tasmanian culinary experience – send some to a friend with our postal option!.
